3- day quote challenge

I have been nominated by vinitha for a 3 day quote challenge….Thank you so much for giving me this challenge, i will try and share some really important quotes which have had a huge impact on me..
RULES:
1.A quote each day for three days.
2.Nominating three different people each day.
3.Each day you have to nominate three different bloggers.
so i will start with the greatest mind ever born, Albert Einstein…

The quote:
” Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.”

It is actually one single line with a very important and deep meaning. We all say that we are educated, and we have degrees. But the true education is not that, how much you understand is what matters. our education system is such that we always focus on remembering dates and line to line description of things, without having actual understanding. our minds are degraded by this type of system, as they lose the ability to think and comprehend.
And those who can follow this quote will realize the true satisfaction of knowledge and they will move towards greatness for sure.
There is also a story of einstein related to this quote.

Einstein was once asked how many feet are in a mile. Einstein’s reply was “I don’t know, why should I fill my brain with facts I can find in two minutes in any standard reference book.

And when you read it you realize that it is so true. I hope all of us apply this quote in their everyday lives.
My nominations:
